"You have reached your private website limit"

I tried adding another website and it says “You have reached your private website limit”. However, I only have 2 private websites, the 3rd one is public.

I’m on the simple plan, I thought I would be allowed to install 3 private sites and 1 public one?

I’m having the same issue: I want to add another website, but I can’t.
Shouldn’t I be able to add like 10 of then?
