Time on page or time on site?

I don’t get it: time on page says 1m10s. Does it mean average time on website over all, or average time on each single webpage?
Sorry for asking, but I didn’t understand the explanation Time on page explained

It’s the mean of time on page. Only page views with time on page greater than 5 seconds are counted towards that mean. Mean is a bit more accurate than average in this case.

In your case, your visitors stay on your pages quite long.
