Large deviation in statistics between Simple Analytics and Meta Business Manager

I’m confused when following up a campaign I ran i social medias. The main concern is a very large deviation in statistics between Meta Business Manager and Simple analytic. The Facebook-campaign was set up using a UTM-link. When reviewing the results Meta Business Manager reports 132 clicks on target link. But Simple analytics reports 687 page views from Facebook.
So over 5 times as many. Google Analytics statistics is more in line with Meta statistics.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
