How to report bugs

Hey there! We love that you’re using Simple Analytics and we appreciate your help in making our platform even better! If you’ve come across a bug or issue, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.

To report a bug, please provide as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always helpful, so if you can take one, please do so (just make sure to redact any personal information). Additionally, please include the URL where the bug occurred, the browser you were using, and any steps you took leading up to the issue.

For paid users, you can submit a customer support request and link to your bug report. This will help us track the issue and ensure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
