Hi, Im new and test simple analytics. I want to create an event with metadata. The event is stored, but the metadata is always empty. I can choose the row, but only get - in the list at simple analytics. This is what I have:
onclick=“sa_event(‘lead_visit_form’, { from_site: ‘our_team’ });”
Can anybody help? I read this in the docs but cant find the working answer.
Thanks, we are trying to fix this. It’s a bug! Some metadata fields do not save.
Is there something i can do? Rename the label for example? Or can you say when this will be fixed? Would this take a short or long time? thx
I think it will take a few weeks.
I think I have good news. We just deployed an improved version of our metadata!
Data is now stored in a way that we can handle “unlimited” different keys.
Please test it and let me know if anything comes up!
