Customer support page broken - no link/email to contact staff

I’ve been trying to get a hold of anyone at Simple Analytics to answer some questions on GA data importing, but is broken (page is blank with no contact other than the error); and I haven’t found an email address to contact, which was suggested in the documentation. No one on Twitter/X has responded and this forum is the only place that I can turn to. Hopefully someone has an employee/dev/support email they can please share?

Trying to import my historical UA data: “You are importing 12M pageviews. Contact support to import this amount of data.”
